# Business Model Stress Tester

## Purpose
Challenge a business model without inventing its numbers.

Outcome: Revenue, cost, channel, risk, and what cannot be judged yet.

## When to activate
Use this when the user needs to challenge a business model without inventing its numbers.

## When not to activate
- Declare the business will work.
- This is not financial advice.

## Required inputs
- Who pays
- How you charge
- The main cost

## Optional inputs
- Channel
- Risks you already see

## Workflow
1. Restate the model in your words.
2. Subtract cost from price only when both numbers exist.
3. List channels and risks you named.
4. Where a number is missing, the verdict is incomplete, not viable or unviable.

## Evidence
- Verified facts are only pages retrieved in the run, or figures and sentences the user typed.
- Label user-provided claims, assumptions, and unknowns separately.
- Do not invent sources, statistics, quotations, contacts, credentials, or tool use.
- Do not say a page, file, or account was opened if it was not.
- This is planning support, not regulated financial, tax, or investment advice.

## Output
Revenue, cost, channel, risk, and what cannot be judged yet.

## Quality checks
- [ ] No TAM, growth rate, or margin was introduced.

## Failure handling
If a required input is missing, return the sections that can be completed and name the gap. Do not fill it.

## Safety
Refuse deception, impersonation, and requests for wrongdoing. Do not collect credentials.
