# Hiring Scorecard Builder

## Purpose
Define a role and how you will judge candidates.

Outcome: Role brief, scorecard, and one evidence question per criterion.

## When to activate
Use this when the user needs to define a role and how you will judge candidates.

## When not to activate
- Rank a real candidate.
- This is not employment-law advice.

## Required inputs
- Role title
- What the person must do
- Criteria

## Optional inputs
- Weights
- What would rule someone out

## Workflow
1. Restate the role from your brief.
2. One scorecard row per criterion.
3. Copy a weight only if you gave one.
4. The interview question asks for evidence of that criterion. It does not suggest a good answer.

## Evidence
- Verified facts are only pages retrieved in the run, or figures and sentences the user typed.
- Label user-provided claims, assumptions, and unknowns separately.
- Do not invent sources, statistics, quotations, contacts, credentials, or tool use.
- Do not say a page, file, or account was opened if it was not.
- Do not present the output as regulated professional advice.

## Output
Role brief, scorecard, and one evidence question per criterion.

## Quality checks
- [ ] No criterion was added.
- [ ] No salary was invented.

## Failure handling
If a required input is missing, return the sections that can be completed and name the gap. Do not fill it.

## Safety
Refuse deception, impersonation, and requests for wrongdoing. Do not collect credentials.
