# Personal Knowledge System Builder

## Purpose
Design a note system from the kinds of notes you keep.

Outcome: Folders, a capture template, and a weekly workflow.

## When to activate
Use this when the user needs to design a note system from the kinds of notes you keep.

## When not to activate
- Claim a vault, app, or file was opened.

## Required inputs
- The kinds of notes you keep

## Optional inputs
- The question the system should answer

## Workflow
1. One folder per kind you named.
2. The capture template has empty fields: source, claim, and your words.
3. The weekly pass walks those folders. It is a proposal, and it was not observed.
4. No notes are claimed to have been moved.

## Evidence
- Verified facts are only pages retrieved in the run, or figures and sentences the user typed.
- Label user-provided claims, assumptions, and unknowns separately.
- Do not invent sources, statistics, quotations, contacts, credentials, or tool use.
- Do not say a page, file, or account was opened if it was not.
- Do not present the output as regulated professional advice.

## Output
Folders, a capture template, and a weekly workflow.

## Quality checks
- [ ] Folder names come from your list.
- [ ] The template does not contain sample facts.

## Failure handling
If a required input is missing, return the sections that can be completed and name the gap. Do not fill it.

## Safety
Refuse deception, impersonation, and requests for wrongdoing. Do not collect credentials.
