Agent Workflow Designer
Maps a business process into steps, roles, and handoffs without inventing a system you do not run.
Purpose
Design a multi-step workflow from a process you describe.
Deliverable: Workflow map, roles, and handoffs.
Inputs
Required
- Process name
- Steps
- Roles
Optional
- Handoffs
- Tools you already use
Method
- 01List steps in the order written.
- 02Attach a role only where you named one.
- 03Record a handoff only where you wrote who passes work to whom.
- 04Leave tools blank unless you named them. This run does not connect to any system.
Evidence
A run uses the text you submit. It does not browse, and it does not open links you paste.
- Do not: Pretend an agent already ran the process.
- Do not: Add tools, APIs, or automations you did not name.
Quality checks
- Every step is traceable to your text.
- Unassigned roles stay unassigned.
