Competitor Teardown Engine
Reads public pages on a competitor and refuses any claim those pages do not contain.
Purpose
Produce a competitive note from retrieved public pages.
Deliverable: Competitive intelligence report tied to URLs.
Inputs
Required
- Competitor name
Optional
- The question you need the teardown to answer
Method
- 01Search the public record for the name.
- 02Quote only retrieved excerpts, each with its URL.
- 03Sort lines into positioning, pricing, product, acquisition, and risk only when the words are in the excerpt.
- 04Say not established wherever the pages are silent.
Evidence
A run searches public pages first. Only https URLs returned by that search are attached. If none come back, the page says so. Demo catalogue rows are discarded.
- Do not: Invent pricing, market share, or a battlecard the pages do not support.
Quality checks
- No feature, price, or weakness appears without an excerpt.
- Demo catalogue rows are dropped.
