Decision Memo Writer
Sorts notes you already have into a memo. It will not invent the recommendation.
Purpose
Turn scattered notes into a decision memo.
Deliverable: Memo with recommendation, alternatives, risks, and actions — or a gap where you left one.
Inputs
Required
- The notes
- The decision, if you have made one
Optional
- Alternatives
- Risks
- Actions
Method
- 01File lines you labelled into recommendation, alternatives, risks, and actions.
- 02Leave unlabelled prose in an unsorted section.
- 03If you did not write a recommendation, say so and do not pick one.
Evidence
A run uses the text you submit. It does not browse, and it does not open links you paste.
- Do not: Choose a winner from thin notes.
- Do not: Add sources that were not in the notes.
Quality checks
- The recommendation is a sentence you wrote, or it is explicitly absent.

Research skills show only pages retrieved on that run. Every other skill uses what you type and labels the gaps. Finance outputs are planning support, not regulated advice. Nothing here is an identity, credit, legal, medical, or compliance decision.
