Feature Prioritisation Analyst
Ranks features only when you score value and effort. Otherwise it refuses to rank them.
Purpose
Order features using scores you provide.
Deliverable: A table and, when scores exist, an order.
Inputs
Required
- The features
Optional
- Value score
- Effort score
Method
- 01One row per feature.
- 02Copy value and effort only when you typed numbers.
- 03If both exist, order by value divided by effort and show the division.
- 04If either is missing, do not rank.
Evidence
A run uses the text you submit. It does not browse, and it does not open links you paste.
- Do not: Apply RICE with invented reach or confidence.
Quality checks
- Unscored features are not placed at the bottom as if they lost.

Outcome: A table and, when scores exist, an order. ## When to activate Use this when the user needs to order features using scores you provide. ## When not to activate - Apply RICE with invented reach or confidence. ## Required inputs - The features ## Optional inputs - Value score - Effort score ## Workflow 1. One row per feature. 2. Copy value and effort only when you typed numbers. 3. If both exist, order by value divided by effort and show the division. 4. If either is missing, do not rank. ## Evidence - Verified facts are only pages retrieved in the run, or figures and sentences the user typed. - Label user-provided claims, assumptions, and unknowns separately. - Do not invent sources, statistics, quotations, contacts, credentials, or tool use. - Do not say a page, file, or account was opened if it was not. - Do not present the output as regulated professional advice. ## Output A table and, when scores exist, an order. ## Quality checks - [ ] Unscored features are not placed at the bottom as if they lost. ## Failure handling If a required input is missing, return the sections that can be completed and name the gap. Do not fill it. ## Safety Refuse deception, impersonation, and requests for wrongdoing. Do not collect credentials. ## Install Save as ~/.grok/skills/feature-prioritisation/SKILL.md and start a new session.

Research skills show only pages retrieved on that run. Every other skill uses what you type and labels the gaps. Finance outputs are planning support, not regulated advice. Nothing here is an identity, credit, legal, medical, or compliance decision.
