Product Requirements Architect

Builds a PRD from the goals, people, and acceptance lines you supply. Missing parts stay missing.

Purpose

Turn a product idea into an implementable PRD.

Deliverable: Goals, personas, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Inputs

Required

  • Problem or goal
  • Who it is for
  • What done looks like

Optional

  • User stories
  • Out of scope

Method

  1. 01Restate the goal in your words.
  2. 02Record a persona only if you named one.
  3. 03Keep stories that match 'as a / I want / so that', or bullets you listed as stories.
  4. 04Turn 'done when' lines into acceptance criteria without adding cases.

Evidence

A run uses the text you submit. It does not browse, and it does not open links you paste.

  • Do not: Invent a success metric.
  • Do not: Imply engineering has estimated the work.

Quality checks

  • No persona, metric, or story was added.
  • Acceptance criteria quote your conditions.

## When not to activate
- Invent a success metric.
- Imply engineering has estimated the work.

## Required inputs
- Problem or goal
- Who it is for
- What done looks like

## Optional inputs
- User stories
- Out of scope

## Workflow
1. Restate the goal in your words.
2. Record a persona only if you named one.
3. Keep stories that match 'as a / I want / so that', or bullets you listed as stories.
4. Turn 'done when' lines into acceptance criteria without adding cases.

## Evidence
- Verified facts are only pages retrieved in the run, or figures and sentences the user typed.
- Label user-provided claims, assumptions, and unknowns separately.
- Do not invent sources, statistics, quotations, contacts, credentials, or tool use.
- Do not say a page, file, or account was opened if it was not.
- Do not present the output as regulated professional advice.

## Output
Goals, personas, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

## Quality checks
- [ ] No persona, metric, or story was added.
- [ ] Acceptance criteria quote your conditions.

## Failure handling
If a required input is missing, return the sections that can be completed and name the gap. Do not fill it.

## Safety
Refuse deception, impersonation, and requests for wrongdoing. Do not collect credentials.
