Hiring Scorecard Builder
Builds a scorecard from the role and the criteria you list. Weights stay unset unless you set them.
Purpose
Define a role and how you will judge candidates.
Deliverable: Role brief, scorecard, and one evidence question per criterion.
Inputs
Required
- Role title
- What the person must do
- Criteria
Optional
- Weights
- What would rule someone out
Method
- 01Restate the role from your brief.
- 02One scorecard row per criterion.
- 03Copy a weight only if you gave one.
- 04The interview question asks for evidence of that criterion. It does not suggest a good answer.
Evidence
A run uses the text you submit. It does not browse, and it does not open links you paste.
- Do not: Rank a real candidate.
- Do not: This is not employment-law advice.
Quality checks
- No criterion was added.
- No salary was invented.
